It is important that when a new employee starts, they are introduced to their team and receive all the documents required. However, it can be hard work to keep track of what information has been given about the workplace and the job role and also what details have been received from the new employee.
Our induction checklist allows both new employees and their line manager to know what has and has not been covered, whether it was on the first day, month or year. This checklist can be adapted to your needs and include information from other departments, such as the Health and Safety Officer, Training Officer Supervisor. Also included in our Training and Development documents: skills audit form to keep track of the skills within your company and a Job Rotation Policy.
